Parking
Position 1 on the map is where the boat picks up in the morning, New Quay Road, Whitby, North Yorkshire YO21 3BQ
Position 2 on the map is the Station car park (pay and display), this is less than a minutes walk to the pick up point, the daily parking fee is approximately £6.00
Position 3 on the map is the Endeavour Wharf car park (pay and display), locally known as Dock-End car park. Again the pick up point is less than a minutes walk from here and the daily parking fee is approximately £6.00
Position 4 on the map is the Church Street car par (pay and display), This is adjacent to the Charter Boat pontoon and Fleece pub, daily parking fees are again approximately £6.00
Between October and Easter, The floating pontoon where I pick up (Position1) is taken away, so I pick up at my berth. Park in Church Street car park (Position 4), Turn Right out of the car park and approximately 200 metres down the road is the Middle Earth Tavern YO22 4AE. The gate to my berth is across the road – you will be instructed when phoning in.
If you are travelling early in the morning, and need assistance finding the tackle shop or car parks, call me anytime after 6am and I can advise of where you need to be.
